KARAM Sheltek - PN 561

KARAM introduces a specially designed Industrial Safety helmet with superior features and high impact resistance- Sheltek. PN 561.

The Sheltek is CE certified and conforms to EN 397:1995 and A1: 2000.

The Sheltek provides the finest levels of comfort to the user and comes with the following features:

• Unique 6-point cradle for reduction of point impact.
• Special grade Head-band made of fabric that conforms to EN 340:2003.
• Comes with a specially adjustable Band to allow easy adjustment.

KARAM Shelmet With Slide-Strap Adjustment - PN 501

KARAM has a range of light weight high impact resistant safety helmets conforming to ISI Standards (also DGMS Certified)which can be used in the toughest of industrial use to provide the highest level of safety.

The unique features of KARAM Safety Shelmets are:

• Triple corrugation of the shell giving it an increased impact resistant quality.
• The Shelmet is made of specially formulated polymer which gives it an increased strength.
• The four point attachment of the cradle within the shell has a unique angular placement to provide optimum shock absorption.
• The head band is made of non-irritant and soft fabric to provide maximum comfort to the user.
• Shelmet is provided with an adjustable chin strap for universal adjustment.

KARAM Shelmet With Ratchet-Type Adjustment - PN 521

The ratchet adjustment can be set to the correct head size by pushing the hand-wheel in and turning it. The adjustment position is locked when the hand-wheel is released.

Welding Shield - ES 61

This face protector is extremely light in weight, providing comfort as well as protection during welding operations. It has a Flip Front Window which makes it easy for normal viewing even when the operations are not on and is provided with a protective lens made of clear high impact resistant Polycarbonate, conforming to EN 166 and ANSI Z 87.1. The features include a Polypropylene impact resistant shell with a high strength nylon ratchet headgear.

The welding shield is CE marked, Conforming to EN 175F The IR lens is provided extra as per choice- ES 04/5: is an IR 5 lens ES 04/11: is an IR 11 lens

Helmet Attachable Welding Shield - ES 71

Features:

When fitted, it will protect the wearer's face and ears due to the special the wrap-around design. It fits most standard safety helmets which have a 30 mm slot, best used with KARAM Shelmet. Easy to use in a variety of work situations.

This Welding Helmet is certified to be used only in conjunction with a Safety Helmet, and should not be used independently.

It is provided, on request, by IR 5 or IR 11 Lens sandwiched between two protective lens made of clear high impact resistant Polycarbonate, conforming to EN 166 and ANSI Z87.1. Conforms to EN 175 and ANSI Z 87.1.

Available with both IR 5 and IR 11 Lens as an option. Unlike other helmet attachable Welding Shields which have a spring that passes around the brim of the helmet, this Welding Shield has Adjustment Clips that fit into the side slot of the helmet, providing easy and quick mounting on the helmet. Additionally, this feature also prevents any damage of the helmet brim due to lack of compressive forces which otherwise normally develop in high temperature situations.

Auto Darkening Welding Shield - ES 81

This Welding Helmet has a High impact resistant Polypropylene shell and has a unique Auto Darkening feature.

Sensors are provided on the front of the lens which reacts the moment the welding arc is struck and cause the filter to darken. The filter switches back to the light shade as soon as the welding has stopped. Protection from UV/IR radiations are continuous in all stages of the filter even when the battery is completely discharged ,the welder still remains protected against harmful radiation accordingly to the darkest shade of the filter ( shade 12).

It can be fitted with a variety of harnesses, and it conforms to EN 175, EN 379 and also meets ANSI Z 87.1.Shade adjustment is made by adjustable potentiometer on outside of the helmet shell prior to the use. The shades can be adjusted from Nos. 8 to 12.
